The result is quotes measured in seasons rather than weeks — not because your unit is exotic, but because you are queuing behind everybody else’s.

The enclosure and busbar outlast most buildings; what wears is the mechanism and the controller, which is exactly what reconditioning addresses. What matters is that you know which you are getting — new, surplus or reconditioned — and we tell you that up front, every time.
Brand, amperage, poles and voltage will do. If you are standing in front of a failed unit, a photo of the nameplate is enough — everything we need is printed on it. If you are specifying rather than replacing, the transition type and the available fault current matter too.
